We strive to process all orders for in-stock items within 2-3 business days. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address.

If you are unsatisfied or end up with a product that's not quite right and wish to send it back for an exchange or refund, please reach out to us in customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA number.
If you would like to exchange an item, you can also do that within 30 days from the date of purchase. It must be returned to us in its unworn, original condition within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges are your responsibility).
Should you wish to return an item for a refund, that item must be returned in its unworn, original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (shipping charges will not be refunded).
Please be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of your package as well as on the invoice along with the reason for the return or exchange and include it with the return package. Items received without an RMA number will not be accepted.
